Introducing Our Ministries

Our Mission

From infancy to adulthood, Livada serves the orphaned and abandoned children of Mures county, Romania. Our mission is to engage, evangelize and equip Romanian orphans and at-risk kids for life and ministry. Loving embraces, life skill training, dentistry assistance, humanitarian aide, evangelistic camps, teen programs and weekly programs are just a few of the things we offer to children in state care, the Gypsy villages and those in our Christian residential care.

    Wherever you're from, you can help, too.

    While many of our ministries require a year-round presence from our Romanian staff, there are a number of ways you can get involved regardless of your language or location.

    Serve as an intern for the Summer

    Assembly or join a short-term mission team

    Serve year-round with construction teams, cradle care, orphan outreach, medical/dental services and more.

    Pray with and for us

    Learn more about some of our specific ongoing prayer needs.

    There are many ways you can use your specific talents and your time to help with the ministry of Livada Orphan Care.

    Our policy is to apply all gifts given toward a specific project to that project. Occasionally, we receive more contributions than can be wisely applied to a specific project. When that happens, we use the excess funds to meet other pressing needs.
